For the first time this year in Noblesville, the market is actually reporting an increase in the number of homes sold. This is huge. Hopefully this is not just a fluke but rather the start of a trend. However, despite the increase in the number of units sold the average sales price is down more than 6% over last year. It is also taking 30% or 20 days longer to sell a home in Noblesville this year versus last year. Although, it is taking longer to sell a home in Noblesville 87 days on the market is really not that bad at all considering the market conditions.

Let’s hope this increase in the number of homes sold continues; if it does then the average sales price is bound to increase along with it.
