C'mon now.  Hiring a graphic designer is hardly a recruiting coup.  Everyone, in every role, is replaceable, and change is an inevitability.  Seven Springs will continue to do extremely well as long as it recognizes the value of its ground-level employees and role they play in customer satisfaction.

For the record, the past two weekends at Seven Springs came off without a hitch, with a TON of memorable events (Wine Festival, 24 hour race/Bike Park demo, Ted Nugent concert).

Why not take a "two glasses half full" view of the Seven Springs/Hidden Valley situation, instead of assuming that it is a zero sum game?  In fact, if they are both successful, the benefits to the surrounding community (and to Abe and Wags) will be much greater.
