These are my top ten thoughts for the week....
- I guess this kid Michael Phelps can really swim. I know they keep talking about a friendly pool and new swim suits but doesn't everyone have these perks. And the world records that he is absolutely destroying! Amazing!
- Brett Favre is a Jet and looked great after just two weeks with the team in their opening pre-season game. I think he went 5 for 6 with a touchdown and had a quarterback rating of over 138. Smooth move Green Bay
- Obama and McCain need to stick to important issues not make race an issue! I think the economy and the War in Iraq might be just a little more important.
- I bet Florida is breathing a large sigh of relief after Fay made landfall as a tropical storm instead of a Hurricane.
- Does anyone besides myself think its a bad sign when scientists are finding areas of our oceans that have little to no oxygen and they are finding more and more of then everyday!
- The Red Sox are in big trouble if their bullpen continues not to be able to get anyone out.
- I wonder if Giselle has anything to do with Tom Brady's reoccurring foot problems. Kind of like Kathy Bates in Misery!
- I think my fantasy football team will be lucky to win a game this year. Talk about poor drafting.
- Its nice to see the dollar on the rise globally while oil is falling. It sure would be nice for some positive news after all of the housing woes.
- I will be interested to see how future generations rank George Bush's presidency.
