Here are a few of my active listings.  They have been on the market for a few months now, unfortunately.  Since Active Rain has over 100,000 agents across the country, I thought reaching out for help may move some of these.  At our meeting this morning, our developer for the Market Common stated that he had received reports that the market is starting to stabalize and that there were only a few areas in the country that were not showing improvement in the number of sales.  He also reported that there were fewer foreclosure actions in the last month.  I hope that is all true...
