I recently came across a website called HouseBuz, where sellers and sellers agents can list their property FREE.  Visitors to the site are able to search for a property by location, size or other relevant features.

Other options of HouseBuz include:

• Advertising your business by marketing in a specific ZIP code(s) ($9.95/ZIP code/month).
• Upgrading your listing to a featured listing on HouseBuz.com ($9.95/ZIP code/month).

If you are a seller or sellers representative and want to place an AD on Housebuz, you must register.  If you are a potential buyer, you may want to register to have access to our additional features such as keeping track of ADs that meet your criteria.
