Now, on to the reason for my post. I'm researching the High Point real estate market, and would love to have some insight from any agents currently working in that market. How are sales this year, new construction vs. existing homes? What types of homes (price range, housing type, location) are selling? Is there an overall feeling, positive or negative, among real estate professionals about the market?
