Philthy Phil's (do not ask me what's up with the name, I have no idea!) is a place for regular people with regular food and regular prices. Anne~ What a crazy name- I guess it is easy to remember, but I wouldn't think I would eat there!  The location looks great though, maybe I would just go there for a drink- you know something in a can or a bottle...  like a coke and a smile :)
