"Just like Critical Mass, except for cars" notes SF Citizen of this Smart Car rally on Lombard Street. An army of "Smarties" lined up at 8:30 yesterday morning for a scenic cruise that ended in Sausalito, with some carrying on for at tour down highway 1. Obamamobile: present and accounted for.

I am still very fond of my 2003 Prius but I am seeing tons of smart cars. Great picture...

Are they all waiting for the streetcar to pass?

I had checked them out online. I've only seen one here in Greenville. Tiny isn't the word. I know they are great on gas, but I really wonder about taking a 8 - 10 hour road trip in one of those.

Sorry, sardine cans are not for people. These are just way too small.
