As Popeye says "That's all I can Stands and I can't Stands no more" Another agent call on a property and they have a blocked number or they call from their office and leave a cell phone number on my voice mail.

THIS IS A HUGE PROBLEM and ANTI BUSINESS. If you want me to call you back and call you back quickly, then make it as easy as possible. Especially when you are calling my cell phone I am probably driving around and cannot write down your number. If text your message I can click on the number that shows up in the message and if you TURN OFF call blocking I can hit re-dial.

This is not a huge leap of intelligence to figure out.

One of my biggest peeves is when someone calls, leaves a number, but says/mumbles the number so quickly and incoherently that I have to keep re-playing the message to try to get the number.

How hard would it be to say the number clearly and slowly, and to repeat it at least once, especially when calling from a cell phone, using a bluetooth?

I like the callers that say, "It's John. Give me a call." In the old days of land lines when connections were clear (mostly), I could usually identify the voice. But with speaker phones to cell phones and cell phones to cell phones, not to mention the number of people named John that I know, I just wait for them to call me back.

Ted, nothing like repeating the number over and over while trying to hang up on the voice mail and dial the agent back :) at least they left you a number.  I work in a rural area often where I have no coverage, so I don't get the "misssed call" on my phone log and I have one agent who I've been working with this week who keeps leaving a message with no number.  She acts frustrated that I don't call her back right away, but I have no "missed call" because I'm out of area and, believe it or not, I do not carry every file I have around with me.  OHHH - you hit a nerve this morning!
