  • One was a three bedroom house that sold in the price range $300,000-$349,999.
  • One was a four bedroom house that sold in the price range $300,000-$349,999.
  • And one was a condo/coop that was sold in the price range of $250,000-$299,999.

FHA Loans seems to be a popular loan product for home buyers that brought a house for sale in Deanwood Washington DC.
