I am an agent in the Atlanta market and own a condo at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis. From what I understand the market is down like everywhere else it seems, but being out of state I am trying to get a realistic pulse of the market.

Any insight as to what you saw this summer and heading into fall/winter.
