Thanks for the invite into your group. I'll try to contribute in some way. Let's see, I do have a question though,-- how many of you enjoy working with divorced couples holding title together? Wait, I don't see many hands being held up.

Well, I've got one of THOSE closing today, looks like I should block off the rest of the day!! Any comments??
