Grilled Cat - It's what's for dinner!

By
Real Estate Agent with Realty World Alliance

I had the loveliest listing appointment yesterday!

I walked out of the appointment with fleas and burned nose-hairs, but I did survive.

I should have known it'd be a doozy when I pulled up out front and found a cat in the grill!!!

HAHA how cute. I will say I have been to listing before with fleas and I swear nothing is worse as going to a home that has them and being ate alive and trying to be polite.

No doubt you want to cook them outside the smell of burnt fur inside is so hard to get rid of. Thanks for the funny post. Steve

Oh man, here I thought you found a very unlucky cat.  Glad to see the feline is feeling fine.

Hi Sheree!  I couldn't resist taking a look at your post because of the catchy subject line!  Cute picture too.

Have a great day!

Hey Sherree.  My business partner and I just closed a deal on a home we had listed that we affectionately called "the cat house".  The gentleman who owned the home had upwards of 40 cats living with him.  Needless to say the home had a very pungent odor emanating from it. I won't even begin to describe the squalor inside the house for fear of causing someone to lose their breakfast/lunch/dinner.

Amazingly we got it sold, AS-IS to boot.

Here is the front step of a home that was off market between listings. What you are looking at is bird droppings from the several nests perched above the front door. The picture doesn't capture the smell and the flies swarming around it.

Sheree, love the "cat for dinner?"  That was funny and it would've been a quick way to grab a snack.
