Seller's know that curb appeal matters. Unfortunately, many seller's have limited budgets to spend when they are preparing their property for its sale.

So we at Real Estaging have come up with a novel solution for the seller who not only needs to repaint the exterior of their home, but also need some landscape. We call it PaintScaping.

Now sellers with small budgets can benefit from a fresh coat of paint AND a well manicured yard. Another advantage for seller's in northern states is that the home will be in full bloom EVEN IN THE DEAD OF WINTER.

PaintScaping... another QUALITY service of Real Estaging.

Smile and have a great HOLIDAY weekend...

Craig

Kristal,

I was wondering the same thing.  Now can you tell me how to get little bits of cereal out from between the keys on my computer.

That photo belongs on the Jeff Foxworthy Show. Add a statue of Julius Caesar or a few Greek Gods on the lawn. I'm sure the college students would love a new place to have the holiday Toga party.

That photo is just TOO FUNNY! So, is it a double wide? And is that a plastic chaise lounge in the front? Maybe the owner added it since it "coordinates" with the home's color.

Thanks for the Sat morning laugh.

Beautiful, the Tara theme must be prevalent. We have a ranch home here where monthly they keep adding columns, porches, unsightly items to mimick "Tara". Perhaps they should take up painting. Thanks for the laugh.

Craig,

I was at a friend's beach house this summer. They had an artist friend paint a book shelf with books on the bathroom door and wall in a corner. It really looked great. Upstairs they had a real library room with real books.

Talk about curb appeal... that mobile home looks just like an English Country estate! Someone's been watching too much Martha Stewart!  : )

Craig,
I was thinking that I'd come by with some Polident, lemonade and fabric softner sheets... that would make this one a home run!

Double wides in Malibu were fetching 2 million bucks last year, as lame as that sounds, there is actually a market for this.

Where is the house? All I see are trees, plants & columns? :-) That is definitely one way to have your house "incognito."
