I moved to the Lake Norman Area about ten years ago and have seen the area grow so much! Just North of Charlotte NC( #3 Banking City in America) and home to Mooresville NC "Race City USA", we have a booming economy and a great place to call home and feel like your on vacation. The area is the new home of Lowes Corporate Headquarters which claims to be creating 1000 new jobs a year for a projected next ten years. Lake Norman has a mixture of very affluent people mixed with some good old fashioned country people that make you feel right at home! Mooresville is also home to many of NASCAR's biggest stars including Dale Earnhart Jr., Michael Waltrip, Rusty Wallace, Kasey Kahne, and so many others.
