What Can You Tell Me About Home Seller Assist?

Does anyone out there have any firsthand experience with Home Seller Assist? As I understand it, they use private funds to buy owner carried notes from home sellers at closing. I've got a call into them to find out what it's all about but haven't heard from them yet. But, I'd really prefer to hear from any of you who have had experience with them. After all, referrals are always the best advertisement and endorsement. Thanks.

Sounds scammy....best to stay away from this type of hype.
