History
The first AlphaVille was developed in 1974 in Barueri, a city located in the metropolitan region of São Paulo, as a new concept for residential units and has grown into a much more well-rounded concept. Creating a genuine urban complex, AlphaVille has become synonymous with a distinct lifestyle, which is popular in both Brazil, as well as abroad.
In 1994, with 15 residential complexes implemented in Barueri and Santana de Parnaíba, the brand AlphaVille was already recognized for the development of innovative concepts within the realm of urban projects, and came to symbolize a certain higher quality of life in the metropolitan region of São Paulo.
AlphaVille Urbanismo S.A.
In 1995, Renato de Albuquerque and Nuno Lopes Alves initiated AlphaVille Urbanismo. It was the beginning of a new step in the AlphaVille concept which expanded to other markets such as Campinas, Belo Horizonte, Curitiba, Goiânia, Salvador, Fortaleza, Londrina, Maringá, Cuiabá, Camaçari, Gramado, Natal, Manaus and Gravataí. Creating projects that take into account the characteristics of each region, investing in technology and working with specialized professionals, AlphaVille Urbanismo has covered almost 20 million square meters of urban area in only eight years.
As a result of AlphaVille Urbanismo’s creation, the AlphaVille concept ceased to be exclusive to the metropolitan region of São Paulo and had now been propelled to a national scale.

EBetween 1995 and 2006, AlphaVille Urbanismo has launched twenty-three enterprises branching into all regions of Brazil. AlphaVille Natal (RN) needed only 16 hours to sell all of its residential lots, a record for the company;
In AlphaVille Manaus (AM), 100% of the lots were sold in only one day;
In AlphaVille Lagoa dos Ingleses, Minas Gerais (MG), 70% was sold on the first day of the initial launch;
AlphaVille Salvador (BA), all 432 residential lots were sold within 48 hours of the pre-opening launch.
In Ceará, the square meter of AlphaVille Fortaleza, increased about 80.4% in value between April 2002 (launching month) and December 2004, according to CIA Lançamentos Imobiliários, the company that coordinated the sales.
