If you are like most people thinking about purchasing a home, you've started your search on the internet.  Statistics from the National Associations of REALTORS point out that close to 90% of home buyers look to the internet first for information about homes, neighborhoods, and the real estate market.

There's a lot of information out there, and you've likely come upon multiple websites with an abundance of information.  There's REALTOR.com, Trulia, Zillow, HomeGain, Housevalues, REMAX.com, just to name a few of the big ones.  Then there's individual brokerage and agent websites.  Not to mention blogs.
