The numbers are in, and it looks like homes sales in Apex North Carolina are flollowing the going trend for the rest of Wake County. The number of homes that sold in July were down slightly from June, at 68 homes sold, vs 78 homes sold in June, and much lower than last year at this time when 95 homes sold in July. However, we're doing much better than in January -April, when nobody was out there buying a house it seemed like. Hey, we didn't even have any snow this year!

But some good news! The average days on market for Apex are down to 72 days, as compared to April, when there were 83 days on market, and February, when it took a home on average 97 days to sell.

And now the months of inventory of available homes : For July 2008 in Apex we have a 5.5 month supply of unsold homes, as compared to July of 2007 when there was only a 2.7 month supply.
