re: how to use for Realtors, well, one way is I have a campaign for FSBOs I can "push" to you (share with your account) once you have this system installed, and it will drive traffic to your own website, or your own domain (say YourTownFSBO.com for example) which might be tied to www.FSBOSupplies.com (which generates leads for you).
So when you're driving around and spot a FSBO, or you pull expired listings off your MLS, just copy and paste those addresses in (heck, you can do a CSV import to batch import 'em) and they'll all get a postcard 3 days later saying "Ann-Marie has sent you a FREE FSBO Kit! Login at YourTownFSBO.com to download it now)...ditto for expireds
Of course you should also use it for following up with past clients, people you meet (i.e. nice to meet you..), etc.
