Hey Everyone,
I just wanted to give some brief updates on the California Only Real Estate Blog. We're officially into our first month of being up and the response has been great on the website so far! Thank you to all that have decided to work with me on the project. We're looking for California Realtors,Agents,Lenders,Appraisers,Title Reps,Inspectors,Home Stagers and anyone else that brings value to a California Real Estate transaction.
What's New?
We added an interactive map to the website, which allows visitors to click on a county to find the cities that are located within it. We feel that people moving within California or to California will be better served by the map. Why? The person has an idea of the region that they want to live in, but may not necessilarly know the city names within that area or county.
We have added participants Pictures, Names, Job Titles and a Direct Links to their website on each city...In addition to participants integrated blogs and rss links. We feel that this will give our members better exposure for their content and b

We updated the "Find out your home's value website" to match the feel of the California Real Estate Blog.
CALIFORNIA ONLY PICTURE CONTEST
We are having a CALIFORNIA ONLY PICTURE CONTEST from Wednesday, March 28th to Wednesday, April 4th! We will select 1 picture and give them a FREE YEAR of exposure and service on the California Real Estate Blog! So be sure to send in those great pictures :)
We've added an "Upload pictures around California" page to the website. We would love to start adding great pictures of cities around California!
Here's the rules:
1.) You must have fun!
2.) The pictures cannot be stock or licensed photos! Everything must be original content that you have the right to submit to the California Real Estate Blog for usage on our website.
3.) Pictures should be California related!
4.) We would appreciate your uploading the pictures with the name of your city within the file!
5.) The Contest starts NOW and ends at midnight PST on Wednesday, April 4th 2007!
6.) The winner will be announced the following morning and I will have your full profile up on the city you chose by the end of the day.
Legal stuff, per Hailey's request:
The free city profile and blog integration will be contingent (you all know that word :P) to a city's availability, since we offer exclusivity to Real Estate Professionals within a category ( IE: 1 Agent, 1 Lender, etc...)
The winnings hold no cash value.
We've added a logo link option of for participants on the website. All you need to do is copy and paste the link html into your website to show your support for the California Real Estate Blog!
