If you have seen the show on Bravo million dollar listing most know this guy got busted for allegedly stealing some high end paintings from his client. Well old Josh boy's case was dismissed on grounds there wasn't enough evidence. Free again to list your house, help you with hair tips, and how to spend 7 grand on clothes in one shopping trip. If you have not seen the show don't bother, it is truly a train wreck. Such a bad rap for Realtors everywhere. I don't think this whole ordeal will help his career, but hey look at Britney. Bad news is still news?

Darin, is he still in business in FLA. What does FLA Realtor board say about this?

Darin...

That's all we need, more poster children for the bad real estate agent club. That picture is very disturbing, isn't it?

I have never seen the show.  But who would hire him to sell their million dollar home?  He looks like he just got out of bed or is on drugs.  Scary....

What a piece of work.  Thank God I don't have to deal with him in my area!

He is a California agent in the Malibu area, he would be eaten alive down here in the MIAMI MARKET!

I have never heard of the show, much less seen it.  Your comment on his giving hair tips made me laugh though.

I caught the show while on vacation in Florida - his client was less than charmed when his friends dropped by for a visit while they were having a business meeting at Josh's home.  Don't think that guy will be listing anything with him!

Doesn't seem like missing the show means I missed something important.  Funny on the "hair tips" bit.

This show has bothered me for the way our industry is portrayed & represented. I wrote a blog about it as the show's season began, Sound Off...Million Dollar Listing is back on Bravo TV.

I think this is a great time, under the current market conditions, to raise the image and reputation of Realtors.

I personally like the show... I think it help shows that younger agents can succeed in real estate.  The reason Josh is so successful in the first place is because he has his family connections... If I were to move to Malibu without knowing anyone then I would not be able to obtain his level of success as quickly as he did because of the lack of connections.

I don't think the show portrays Realtors/agents in a negative aspect at all... It shows the world that even these high net worth clients are needing the help of Realtors and agents to help them buy or sell a home.

If we always look at things in a negative why then this will affect you and the people around you.

Nick, I agree with you. I watch the show and these are actually very astute agents. There not out there in SoCal selling these homes to millionaires because there lucky. Theve worked for it.

Everything has good and bad in it. I have learned a lot from watching these guys in action. Maybe because were both with KW are culture and outlook is different.

Personally I'm sick of negativism. What good does it do. If you read the above posts, most of the people are commenting on a show they have never seen or seen once, maybee.

The moral of the story is...if you look for the bad in people...you will defiantly find it...if you look for the good in people...you will find that to. It's up to you what you want to focus on. I choose to watch the show and take what I can from it and forget the rest.
