Caroline is the training liaison for our franchise network. Her team designed and implemented a learning management system which offers our employees, agents, managers and brokers a scalable online learning portal, Real U. Caroline manages the following...
- Broker Owner Advance Training - a three day seminar new franchise partners attend. The training is complete with how to demonstrate the Business Center, broker web site functionality, recruiting (the Real Living way), culture, business planning and marketing plan development.
- New Agent Professional Development - This training is provided as a CD Rom complete with facilitator and student guides or the agent can log into Real U to take our online new agent training.
- Developing and maintaining the Real U tab on the business center - Real U is a robust tab on the agent business center where a plethora of online training is delivered. This training includes negotiation, online CE, designations, Real Living tool training (training on the Real Living technology tools), web-casts, and more.
Sarah is our COO and a Real Living employee who comes from a retail industry where she worked for Gap Online. She brings knowledge of the online world, and has been instrumental in making the Real Living family of websites consumer friendly. Additionally, Sarah manages the following...
- Online Consumer Center - as consumers find Real Living and engage us, her team "warms and informs" the customer. This is a process that could take days, weeks, months or even years depending upon how eager and able the consumer is in the buying/selling process
- Syndication partnerships - Real Living shares its data with several online aggregators including Zillow, Trulia, Propsmart, Google, Yahoo, AOL, etc. As part of a franchise partnership with Real Living, Sarah is instrumental in managing these relationships and their agreements with these companies to ensure our listings are always one click away from our broker/agent sites.
Sarah was also recognized in the 2008 Swanepoel Trends Report as one of the most influential women who has shattered the real management glass ceiling.
This is just a brief overview of two of the Real Living personalities you'll meet when you visit our offices for a Real Deal and/or franchise with Real Living.
