Gorgeous! I love B & A pics, it just goes to show you that with a little imaginaton and time you make just about any house a home.

Great examples of how "a picture speaks a thousand words". I love the improvement in curb appeal.

I'm getting pretty heavily involved in these types of transactions. If you don't mind sharing, how much $$ was put into the renovation and how long did it take? Assuming that the home is going to be put back on the market what is the asking price?

Love viewing the before and after shots. Don't you just love having clients like that!!! My clients sold their first flip job last month. Absolutely amazing the difference made with new tile, new paint, and new carpet. Everyone that came through LOVED the job they had done!!
