Must admit we had a surge of activity, running like crazy is great when you anticipate results. Now we are in that back to school lull, pending deals are like pulling teeth and is it just that everything is taking FOREVER to get to finality. So, I went out of state this week to get acquanted with another MLS service that requires a full day orientation. Ugh, I'm just not the type to stay still. Worse yet, their MLS is very similar to ours, the instructors came at us in a tag team format. Started at 9AM with breaks until 4:30. The last instructor was obviously a former school teacher, all instructions were followed with, do you understand? Are you with me here? Anyway, he swore that at 4:30 prompt, the class was over no matter where we were in the schedule. Another agent from out of town slipped out the door at 4:25, did'nt seem like a big deal, folks were in and out all day. The class ran 15 minutes over schedule and guess who got busted? What is the name of the person that was sitting there he said, nobody knew. Well, we'll just have to call names before you can leave (school teacher?). Somebody is coming back, from out of town, for a full day orientation for missing 20 minutes. I guess it'll be easier to follow through with this stuff we are working on now....

The missing person may have gotten the information he needed and not return. Unless this is some kind of state requirement. Veronica
