Travel On Home . . . In Your Golf Cart

These pictures are some before and after photos of a vacant home I recently home staged in a small, prominent Peachtree City neighborhood. Peachtree City is located South of Atlanta in Fayette County, that neighbors Fulton County in Georgia. Fayette County public schools are touted among the highest ranked in the State of Georgia.

Peachtree City's claim to fame is its exceptional 90 miles of recreational multi-use pathways designed for golf carts, bikers, walkers and runners. The path system is the largest in the U.S. and leads to most every home, restaurants, schools, churches, shopping and businesses.

Karen ~ You did a great job in the living room and the bedroom -- and the golf cart is too much fun! What a great way to get around your community! I staged a home in a 55+ community recently, and noticed that most of the garages had a golf cart parked next to their cars!

Hi Cathy Lee! Did I mention there THREE (not 1, not 2, but THREE!) 18 hole golf courses that wind through PTC! Plus the Tennis center at one point has been rated as the best in the US by the US Tennis Assoc. So you and your hubby just pack up and head this way!

Hey Maureen!Thank you so much. The funny thing about PTC is it is NOT retirement. It is really family focused. (All the kids drive golf carts to the high school!) It really is a fun, fun place.
