I just got an accepted offer on this beautiful home.  This is one of my favorite listings - it's a home I'd love to live in although I'm not sure about the lake with my granddaughter that lives with me and my little dogs.  In fact, we had two offers going back and forth.

The thing is, this couple took the chance of purchasing their next home non-contingent and it has been a little scary.  I'm so glad things are working out for them.
