What is a "SHORT SALE"?  It is when the seller/borrower is asking the lender to take less then what is owed on the loan.  For example, if someone has to sell their home and owes $600,000 but their home is now worth only $500,000, a short sale could be an option for the seller to help them avoid foreclosure. The short sale process is a slow and tedius process that requires someone that really knows what they are doing to get the short sale accepted. Zen Ziejewski is a short sale expert in the Southern California and Orange County Real Estate Market.
