Home Inspection Wake Forest NC - two houses inspected

Clear Choice Home Inspections has had a run on home inspections in Wake Forest NC lately. Most have been new construction. We inspected two houses last week in Wake Forest. The first home was about 2,600 sq ft and looked really good. As always, we did find some interesting things such as a bathroom fan that had no switch - oops.
