I like seeing the floor plan.  I used to use Tour Factory for all my tours and then found a gal who draws the floorplans and takes the pictures from different angles...my sellers love the novelty and we don't waste a lot of buyers time that don't want a split floor plan, the door facing the wrong direction, etc.

This is great information. I have family in the Navy, who just got transferred from Jacksonville FL, to MD. Right now they're staying in base housing, since they still have a house to sell in Jacksonville, but I'll let them know about you and this program.

Cindy.  Thanks.  I don't always take the time to do a floor plan but I am looking for VA buyers for these homes while the VA limit is high enough. 

Terry.  The VA loan is about the only 100% loan remaining.
