Wow this says a great deal about Realtors. There are so many people out there that can teach us, there is so much information for realtors but alas, we have to be open to it.

We say we like to learn, but at the same time, some of us have closed minds. I have met many Realtors in my short time back in this business. Some of these Realtors are great at what they do. Most of these same folks don't want to learn technology and believe that the same  way  they have been selling and buying real estate  will never change and they don't want to really learn at all. I am 60 years old and I love doing everything I can online. I believe the one thing a client can't do well online is actually "look at a house in person", there is just something about seeing it for themselves and us explaining to imagine their furniture there, the kids playing in the great yard, etc. However, there are many people out there, just buying online. We must get the lead out and realize this is the way it is going to be. Change is an awesome thing and we must embrace it, not run from it. So, you seasoned Realtors, get over yourselves and hop on board or the world will go on without you.
