If you're a golf lover and are interested in
buying real estate in the Daytona Beach area, you should consider the
golf communities in the beautiful city of Port Orange, which is
just south of Daytona Beach. If you have your heart set on

This Port Orange golf community is Spruce Creek Fly-In, which is not only a golf community, but a fly-in community also, as the name indicates. If you're a plane or flying enthusiast, you can own a home directly on a taxiway, and fly in and out of the private airport. But Spruce Creek Fly-In also has a challenging golf course. But more importantly, Spruce Creek Fly-In is a full service Country Club with tennis, a fitness center, fine dining, banquet facilities, a large pool where plenty of parties are held, and other miscellaneous activities.
