What area of Oakland are
you most familiar with?
I grew
up in the Dimond District neighborhood of Oakland, which is a beautiful
little area nestled against the Oakland Hills, with friendly neighbors
& a number of multicultural markets and local shops to explore.
Though I know this area best simply because it's my "stomping
grounds", I have a thorough knowledge of the entire Oakland cityscape,
and truly pride myself with my familiarity of the exclusive Oakland
Hills & Piedmont areas.

What's
the best part about being a Real Estate Agent in Oakland?
I've
always felt that the great highlight of living & working in
Oakland is the people....you simply won't find a more diverse, eclectic
mix of individuals & cultures anywhere else in the
world. Yet the sense of community here in Oakland is
absolutely amazing. Oaklanders are proud of their city, and
I'm proud to be a Real Estate Agent here, because I get to show off the
hidden gems of my city to newcomers, while providing a valuable
service to fellow residents who know the area well and share my
enthusiasm for Oakland.

What is your
advice to people seeking a Real Estate Agent in Oakland?
Speak to
me of course! But seriously, make sure your Agent has a
thorough knowledge of your specific area of interest or neighborhood.
Oakland has a lot of small, yet distinct neighborhoods that
vary greatly from one another, despite being right next to each other!
Also, Oakland Real Estate is on the rise, and vast amounts of
redevelopment & new construction are taking place all over the
city, especially downtown and in parts of West & North Oakland,
making this the perfect place for investors and first time homebuyers.
