Oak Hill is a much sought after equestrian community that consist of acreage home sites. It is nestled between the cities of Sunrise (north), Southwest Ranches (south), Cooper City (east) and Weston (West). That being said, the residents of Oak hill enjoy the country living within the city limits.

In addition, this community is centrally located between major shopping malls in the immediate area including but not limited to the infamous "Saw Grass Mills Mall", Pembroke Lakes, Broward Mall, Fashion Mall, Aventura Mall and Florida's newest addition the "Dolphin Mall."
