House Flip SOLD in 19 days ~ BEFORE & AFTER photo's

This stunning patio home was a diamond in the rough! It had it all .. a great location in the Champions Area of Houston, Texas and a good structure to work with. All that was needed for the remodel was a creative vision!

This house was purchased to flip and SOLD 19 days after it was listed.

This room already had elaborate crown molding, European Stone was added to the fireplace.

The Dining Room:

The Kitchen had a great floor plan, it just needed updates such as granite countertops, stone backsplash, texture and paint.

The master bedroom had these wonderful high ceilings, you just couldn't see them with all of the white paint. The decorator paint color helped this room come alive!

Just curious about leaving the mirrored wall in the dining room. Many buyers have told me they can't stand them because they don't want to watch themselves eat.

It's amazing to see what a little bit of a vision can do for a house. This one looks great, and congrats on getting it sold so quickly!

Rich .. I guess it depends on the designer ... some of them like the "mirror" image the wall gives ? I guess that it come to personal preference.

Wow, great before and afters! I love the granite counters in the kitchen and the framing on the big mirror in the bathroom. Do you work with investors? I have rental property in North Carolina, and I have been thinking of buying a home in TX as a rental.
