I just wanted to introduce myself to those nationwide in need of a solid bank to refer their clients to. I know dealing with brokers can be a pain. The process doesnt move as quickly and it seems like they never have everything together when it comes time to close.
This is not the case with our bank. We run applications the same day we make contact with your borrower. (NATIONWIDE). We have 24-48 hr underwriting. You will be 100% hands free once putting us in contact with them. You could essentially find a buyer on Monday and close the following week if need be.

There will definitley never be a time where you have to call in to check the progress the borrowers financing situation. I have mastered an assembly line process that eliminates errors and forms long lasting trustworthy relationships and return I phone calls immidiately.
