An option that is working for a few Home Buyers looking to move up in their home size or just to accomadate thier growing families is Trading Up.
This option will work primarily for home buyers looking at new construction where the Builder is willing to take their home of a lesser value on a trade with the idea that the Builder will either be able to sell the Buyer's home in a reasonable amount of time, or simply lease it out as an investment.
This enables the Buyers to move up without the possible time delays associated with a somewhat slow market and enables the Builder to move a new home off the market.
