Has Anybody Worked with Camreo.com?

They are called Corporate Asset Management LLC. Can be found here.

Got link to them from here.

This is, so far as I can tell, a 3rd party REO servicing company. They want $299 a year to "belong" to their vendor network.

Customer support people who answered phone were friendly and helpful, but... I could not get a fix on this one.

Has anybody registered with this company, and if so, has it been worthwhile?

Never have I heard of them....did you do a Google search to see if you could possibly find some real estate blog talk.......

Don't know. Looks like a laundry list to me.

I got a telephone call from someone in Ohio today looking for an agent in my market to provide him with a list of builders in distress. They are looking to buy builder blow-outs. I know of a few here, but he couldn't identify any incentive for me to "provide him with a list".

Besides, he doesn't represent the investors. I believe I'll give him a list with no identifying identification.

The Devil makes me do it.

Lenn I have a list of stuff here in Orlando, FL if you can some how capture him and want to send him this way for a referral let mek now. Would be interested in what youfind out about the company

Clueless myself regarding these guys. So far, I personally (nor my agents) have found anyone worth it. Sorry to say it seems like too many people have been hood-winked with some who calim to be experts, agents and consumers alike.

BTW, one of my agents had a client who spent $1,795.00 for a short sale work-out. As far as they could tell later the company sent one, (yes only one!) email to their lender. That was it, a pretty pricey email imho.

Hi Gary, I have not heard of them before. But I would keep my eyes and ears open especially with some of the stuff that going out there in other markets. We had so many opportunists in that last market surge and now it appears that the down market is also creating another set of people that seem to believe that the market is even more ripe for the picking.

Gary, I have never heard of them before. Seek references from them from different states outside of CA for you to call. Then use AR to check up on the legitimacy of the references.

I also have not heard of them good luck in your investigation.

Gary, if nobody here has had any dealings with these guys, I'd watch out.

Its a pay site.

They are looking for $299 to join....I haven't used them

We joined them in August, paid $299 and have so far only gotten promises. We call them often, but so far it's been one excuse after another. No BPOs no REOs, and poor communication. We are hopeful that this will turn around, but our optimism fades a little each day.

I think I would pay close attention to Paul's comment. I have not heard of them. Hope you are doing very well, have been busy and not checked on you lately...
