While many are - there are many in the Chicago area that are in pretty good shape. In fact - I'd argue (based on my observation over time in the Chicago area) - as a percentage - foreclosures are in better shape now than they used to be (overall.)
Agree that the NUMBER of homes in poor condition is high. But as a percentage of all foreclosures - it seems to be lower than in the past. Comments?
