What happened last night??
Oh my gosh! I woke up this morning, enjoying my coffee, watching the news... First thing I hear is that, "We received more snow than expected." So I got up looked out my window, sure enough, massive spring snow. I am located in Denver, CO, it was 60 degrees here yesterday. Chaotic weather is nothing new to me, Colorado has always been this way, but 8 (give or take a few) is a lot of snow to wake up to... Then I continue listening to the news. Apparently there were over 60 tornadoes, all the way up into South Dakota down to Texas, including one in Colorado! At night, that is so scary. My local news, as well as Good Morning America reported, the tornado that hit the town of Holly, CO, in the south eastern corner by Kansas was between 600-700 feet in width and over a mile (5280ft) long!!! It was also reported it was touching the ground for over 20 minutes, that is unbelievable. I just want to say, I hope everyone is safe. And if these tornadoes have touched any of your lives, my deepest sympathy is with you.
