I have been working with more and more Baby Boomers. They all seem to have one thing in common and that is the four mild seasons we have in the Prescott Arizona area. They like that over the last 10 years the snow is brief maybe a couple of days, the moonsoons' come and go through out the Summer, and we really don't have extreme tempatures. Yes in the Winter we can get cold in the low teens and sometimes even in the single digits. In the Summer we may hit 100 a couple of times. There are really no natural disaters expect forest fires. Things like Earthquakes, hurricanes, Tornado's ( Sometimes real little ones) and flooding are almost non-exsistant. The community is EVERYONE'S HOME TOWN.........
Then there are lot's to do with the Grand Canyon, Colorado River, Lakes (Powell, Mohave, Havasu, Pleasant, Roosevelt, Bartlett, horse's and all the Sports Teams. Just to mention a few. There is hiking and site seeing. From the Prescott area these things are usually with-in an hour to four hours away.
These are just some of the reasons baby Boomers like the Prescott Arizona area.
