One of my very favorite all time speakers is attending Terry Watson. He has the closing keynote on Friday at 11 AM. You are being given CE credit of one hour for attending this.
I don't need the Con Ed credit but I would never miss Terry. I first heard Terry Watson at a RE/MAX of Michigan convention several years ago. Then the Education Committee of the Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors brought him in to speak. WOW ! He is so hilarious, and animated.
Terry Watson will also be speaking at 8:30 AM on Friday on the topic of "Buyer Your Mine". This is also 2.0 credit hours for con-ed.

It's great o see YOU all fired up!! The video gave me trouble though...I got the jist of the music but when it kept starting and stopping I lost motivation... MAYBE I'll try it again later.
Great news, I try to attend as many of the state conferences as I can what a great place to pick up referral business. Come to Florida for the NAR convention in Orland or the FAR convention in Orlando they are both worth the time and money.
Looks like you Michiganders know how shake a tail feather. Over a thousand attendees! WOW!
(WRA this year right now has over 950 Realtors coming and it looks good for over a 1,000-in this market that says people are ready to get out and make it happen!)
Of course, I want to wear a tie-dyed shirt at the WRA convention. Obeo-Utah sent me a black dress shirt and a white dress shirt.
I won't be there, but hope you all have fun. I love Terry, saw him first at a presentation put on by the Jackson County Association a few years ago, and then again last year at a joint presentation from Jackson and Lenawee's boards. The room was laughing constantly, but learning too, the best.
You mentioned Terry Watson at your meeting. I wonder if he told you his story about "perception is everything" where he gets on an empty elevator to go meet his colleagues and mentors. At the next floor a stranger gets on the elevator. Terry then notices a terrificly wicked smell which he knows did not come from himself. The stranger gets off at the next floor leaving Terry almost in tears from the smell. Terry's destination is the next floor to his relief. The elevator door opens and all the people Terry was going to meet get in the elevator. OMG! LOL! Perception is everything!
