| Summary: While some of these indicators are very positive they are offset by the drastic decrease in the number of properties sold. So much weight should be given to the huge decrease in the number sold that it turns this report into a virtually completely negative report. What does this mean to you? Be ready to price your land very aggressively and or just buckle up for a wait as the pending sales numbers are no better at all.
