Tip of the Day - Work with a Buyer's Agent
All you buyers out there...have you considered working with a buyer's agent? The current real estate market allows for buyers to work with a buyer's agent. This means that your agent will help you find a house, take you through the process, and get you to a closing. You will be represented by that agent and your interests will be protected. So instead of calling the agent on every for sale sign in New Orleans that you see, consider working with one buyer's agent and have that person show you all of the listings that you would like to see.
