Lights, camera, action!
When you go out to view houses with your New Orleans buyer's agent, bring a camera along. There is a lot on the market and you may tour through so many homes that you forget which interior goes with which address! Digital cameras can make your life much easier. Snap a few photos of each listing and it will help you keep things straight throughout the searching process. My clients have used this approach and can actually enjoy the home tours because they are not forced to remember absolutely everything!
