Best Practices for Listings:
Step -1: PREPARE: Wow them with your listing presentation! Show them why to use you rather than the rest of the competition. Why should they use you? What's your unique selling proposition?
Step 0: Take good pictures of the property the first time so you do not waste your effort. Stage the home for a picture shoot. Pictures of dirty dishes in the sink, kids toys on the floor, and dogs in the backyard don't sell. For shots you wish to stitch together, shoot pictures from left to right and overlap them 10-20% in order to stitch them together for a good looking virtual tour.
