Step -1: PREPARE: Wow them with your listing presentation! Show them why to use you rather than the rest of the competition. Why should they use you? What's your unique selling proposition?

Step 0: Take good pictures of the property the first time so you do not waste  your effort. Stage the home for a picture shoot. Pictures of dirty dishes in the sink, kids toys on the floor, and dogs in the backyard don't sell. For shots you wish to stitch together,  shoot pictures from left to right and overlap them 10-20% in order to stitch them together for a good looking virtual tour.

Step 2: Enter listing into KWLS for online marketingThis markets your listing on Google, AOL, Yahoo, etc..It also features your listing on your eAgentC webpage Step

Step 4: Create your virtual tour (use Visual Tour). Need a cheat cheet?

Step 5: Link your Visual Tour to your listing in MLS. Picture Tutorial Here.

Step 6: Email your Visual Tour Link to your client and any prospects.
