If you have chosen a Realtor, either to act as your buyer's agent or your listing agent, what factors did you take into consideration when choosing this person? Of course, sometimes people just use whoever they know, despite their qualifications, but for those of you that carefully selected your Realtor based on his/her qualifications and what they had to offer, what helped you to make your decision? What was important to you? How did you know that your Realtor was a good fit?
