"Photo Not Available" is an Architectual Style?

How many times have you seen it -- a wasted opportunity.

When buyers scan listings on any of the syndicated sites like Realtor.com, Zillow, Cybehomes, Trulia and other real estate websites, if they aren't impressed with the photos in THREE SECONDS, they "bounce" and click onto the next listing.

It is soooo easy today to post multiple photos and high quality photos help the credibility of the agent.  I want my real estate agent to be the real estate PROFESSIONAL that represents my product the best.

Post not just 4 photos but 25 or more -- the more the better.  How can you properly represent a 2500 square foot home with only 4 photos or less?

Pick the best photo as the primary photo -- I have seen some bad ones but it will be the one that will create the urge to click on the listing to see more.

Quality is King - post photos that aren't dimly lit and represent the home well.  Don't forget about the outside, view, curb appeal etc.

One tip that most don't do is to optimize your primary photo for the thumbnail view rather than letting a computer do it for you.  You can look up the dimensions of the photo and why not post it to those specifications.

Using photos is criical just as video as becoming more important of a tool as broadband connections are becoming more prevalent.

Amazing but true.  The problem seems to be widespread over the entire country.
