We are new to the group, but not new to the scene of course. We have over 20 years of experience here in the Southern California regions of San Diego, Orange and Riverside County areas of doing property preservation and conveyance services.
We believe the relationship between our contracting company, the broker and the bank is vital to all of us as we can work together to help the bank retreive lost assets, help you brokers and realtors make your commissions and help us keep our sub-contractors busy making your foreclosure listing more marketable to the public.
Some of these houses can be a wreck and you can tell there were some angry occupants who wanted to ravage the home prior to vacating it and sometimes it's hard to blame them with the economy is as it is across the nation. We have dealt with everything from drug houses, infestations, vandalism (sometimes repeating), and even your turnkey houses that just need the locks secured and grass cut. No job to big or too small for us.
Right now we're looking to start a relationship with either large contracting companies, banks, investors or significant sized brokerages who would like to use our services for at least 5-50 (or more) properties per week. We will do the invoicing and bid any large contract work. We have licensed contractors and carry our own liability and E&O Insurance.

We are a friendly and upbeat company just looking to form more alliances as we continue our expansion in order to meet the needs of the industry here in California.
