If you are thinking of buying your first home let's start by saying Congratulations!!! Buying your first home can be very stressful and exciting at the same time. 1. Call a Realtor* and ask for their assistance
2. Call a Mortagge Broker and find out how much you can afford

Once you know how much you can afford you can start determing where you want to live and what you want in a porperty. Once you have decided you can start looking at houses with your Realtor.
